Do I need to make a deposit or first and last? What do I need to move in?
When you are ready for your unit, simply come to the office with your current driver's license or ID. You will then complete a short rental contract; your rent will be pro-rated from that day until the end of the month and will be due at the time of signing the contract.
How do I pay my rent?
We accept all forms of payment: check, cash, money order, and all major credit and debit cards. You can stop by the office, call, drop in the drop-box or mail in your payment. We can also easily set you up for a monthly auto pay based on your credit or debit card.
When is my rent due?
Your rent is due between the 1st and the 10th of each month - after the 10th a late fee will apply.
What if I can't pay my rent on time?
If you run into a money crunch and have difficulty paying on time, just come into the office (or call) and we can work out some payment options to bring you back to current.
Is there anything I can't store?
Yes, we do not accept anything hazardous or illegal - and no food items are permitted.
Do I need to provide my own lock? Do you sell locks there?
Yes, you are responsible for providing your own lock - and no, we do not offer locks for sale.
Do you have U-haul?
No.
Are you open every day? When can I access my storage?
Storage access is available 362 days per year (we are fully closed on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
Storage access is from 7:00 a.m. until sunset (or 7:00 p.m., whichever is earlier).
The Office is Open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (we are closed for lunch). The Office is open on Saturday by appointment. Please call to schedule.
